Wood Carvings

"Here it is, after countless hours. For those of you who don't know I
enjoy woodcarving in the traditional "hobo" style called/refered to as
"chain whimsy". Here is a piece I just finished that took several
hundred hours. All by hand, no machines, just two small blades. It is
made from basswood, 1 1/2 inches square, 4 ft 3 inches long tip to tip.
17 separate chain links, and two stationary links. Hmmm, whats my next
woodcarving project? Enjoy."
